This google SearchWiki thing isn’t something new if you often search by using using Google search. It is the button that appear on your search results done in Google search engine. However it will only be there if you’ve logged in your Google accounts.

With searchwiki, everyone can customize their search results by re-ranking, deleting, adding, or commenting on search results but the changes made only affect the google account owner only. Some might found it usefull and of course it can be annoying sometimes.

If you happen to found it annoy you, the SearchWiki feature can be remove. To do it, just go to http://www.google.com/preferences,, and check the checkbox  “Hide the ability to share, promote, remove, comment or add your own results.”. After you done doing it, there will be no more searchWiki button on your search results.
